Make New Year's Resolutions the Kids Help You Achieve

New Year's resolutions can feel like New Year's Additional Pressures.  That's what it sounded like on the French radio this morning.  (Read below).

Happy New Year 2015!

The French radio rang in the new year with advice to oarents:

"Moms, Dads.  These past festive days your kids have enjoyed holiday mode.  That was the good news.  The bad news is that they now consider fun (sweet) foods, late bed times, and being spoiled as the New Normal!!!

Get your children back on track.  Crack down on them...gently :-)"

"And next on our program, a word from our psychologist.  How to set realistic resolutions for the year..."

Aagh!  How?

How vs. How About?

How about setting goals the kids will help you realize?  The hopes they have for you are about making family more fun.  They deal with giving and receiving love even better.  And you can be sure they have ideas (and really good ones) and the motivation to make solutions work.

Join Us for the Family Feedback Webinar

Join us for a family time while we guide you and yours through a positive feedback process to help come up with one or two Relationship Strengthening Resolutions to help your family flourish.  It's a time for parents and kids together.

We have made the work simple for you.

Parents, all you have to do is to settle down with the kids in front of your scrren on January 4 at 11:00 am EST (you can join us a few minutes beforehand for casual exchange).  We'll do the rest....but if you want snacks, BYOY (Bring Your Own Yummies).

What Home Is Fun does for YOU:

1. We introduce the concept to the kids

2. Guide the entire family through the positive process.  We'll introduce one idea and give you all a few minutes to do it together.  Then introduce the next step... And all the way through we are open to your questions on chat.

2a.  Share positive feedback

2b. Give delicate feedback in a positive way

2c. Find a positive solution to a shared pet peeve

3. Help define a New Year's Resolution that's great for the whole family:  the kids helped define it, the parents see the benefit, and everyone participates in making it happen...throughout the entire year!

It's free and fun for Mom, Dad, and the kids.  Click here to sign up.

Wishing you and yours a truly Happy New...and hoping to wish it to you "à vive voix"  (with live voice) on January 4.
